Holiday Hours/Service Issues

The Covid pandemic put a huge impediment in our ability to service hearth products. This has negatively affected our service department as we move toward the colder months when our customers need us the most.

For the near future we have suspended annual maintenance. We have also restricted service appointments to “existing customers” in an effort to be more responsive. If you purchased an appliance from us and it is non-functional we have the personnel to repair your system. Please call to schedule repair. Please be patient as it may take some time to get to you.
