Showroom Sales: Full time/part time, permanent position. Preferred candidate has knowledge and experience with hearth products in sales as well as installation and service. Responsibilities include working with clients in our showroom, on the phone, and online for sales, service, and parts. Follow-up on leads. Showroom upkeep and maintenance of displays.

Service appointment scheduler: Full/part time. Knowledge of local area. Pleasant telephone demeanor. Call customers to schedule annual maintenance. This is a great opportunity to learn the products we sell and move up to sales.

Service Technician: Full time, permanent position. Preferred candidate has experience servicing and repairing gas, pellet, and wood hearth appliances. Factory training and NFI certification a plus. Responsibilities include service of hearth appliances in customer homes, communicating with customers and technical service reps, driving and maintaining a company work vehicle, writing reports and invoices, accepting customer payments. Good driving record essential, neat & clean appearance, non-smoking.

Service Tech Trainee: Work with our service department learning how to diagnose and repair gas, pellet, and woodburning hearth products. this is a yearlong apprenticeship program that teaches all the necessary skills to become a certified technician.
